Ink, pastel grounds, acrylic and soft pastel on canvas paper
This piece plays more with the lines on which the woman is standing, and instead of being fragments of body parts, the woman’s complete form is in the frame. She has warm toned blackish brown shadows and creamy neon orange highlights on a neon blue and neon pink background, making it appear as if she were a woman on a boat or a bridge, set against a sunset.
Please note:
All pieces are sprayed with fixatif before shipping to preserve color and quality over time. However, pastel is a delicate little flower and is susceptible to smudging so it is best not to touch the painting anywhere but on the edges.
All works come packaged as shown in the last image. The piece will be wrapped in a piece of colored tissue paper and shipped within a plastic sleeve. They come with a branding sticker and a ribbon in order to be presented nicely for gifting!
Shipping is a flat rate of $10. All orders will be shipped on December 5th, 2025.
If you are local, please select local pickup when paying, and you won’t be charged for shipping. Porch pickup will be available any time after December 4th from my house in SE Grand Rapids.
