Ink, pastel grounds, acrylic and soft pastel on canvas paper
I painted her in several other variations but this is the only one showing her face (as she’s shielding it with her arms). She is a primarily yellow-green against a blue background with a splash of pink. I chose not to blend her colors as much as some of the other paintings, giving her a more wild feel.
Please note:
All pieces are sprayed with fixatif before shipping to preserve color and quality over time. However, pastel is a delicate little flower and is susceptible to smudging so it is best not to touch the painting anywhere but on the edges.
All works come packaged as shown in the last image. The piece will be wrapped in a piece of colored tissue paper and shipped within a plastic sleeve. They come with a branding sticker and a ribbon in order to be presented nicely for gifting!
Shipping is a flat rate of $10. All orders will be shipped on December 5th, 2025.
If you are local, please select local pickup when paying, and you won’t be charged for shipping. Porch pickup will be available any time after December 4th from my house in SE Grand Rapids.
